WOW! I could not put this book down and read it in one sitting. Honor Bound by Hallee Bridgeman was an action-packed story as Captain Rick Norton and Dr. Cynthia Meyers don’t meet under normal circumstances. Dr Meyers is in an African village where an army is headed, and Captain Norton is on task to get her out. Over time Cynthia is learning to trust Rick’s judgment as he admires her strength. As their relationship grows, they begin to question whether they are meant to be together. Rick, a soldier and protector, Cynthia, compassionate, sometimes stubborn, and hard to read. With their strong faith even in the middle of emotional turmoil was truly an inspiration.
I am looking forward to reading the next books in the series.
