My Review
Peg continued. “It doesna matter what the world says I am. It dosna matter even what I believe myself to be- and I have some dark thoughts when it come to me own heart, to be sure. If I believe in the Larid Jesus Christ, and what He did fer me, I canna be condemned.”
A heartwarming debut novel! Moira’s mother fulfilled one thing before passing away. She secured a teaching job for Moira in the small town of Ballymann, Ireland. Determined, Moira decides to travel to where her mother came from, so she journeys from Boston to someplace completely foreign to her. Moira proved to the townspeople that we should help those who need help regardless of who they are. The sharing of faith regardless of background, to love others is not easy, but Moira did just that and reminds me that we all should do the same.
The descriptions from the people to the scenery to hearing the ocean waves, someplace magical, wishing I could pack my bag and go visit.
Jennifer, I did not want the book to end, looking forward to your next one. Highly recommend.
I received a copy of the book from the author in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
