What Does Inner Defense Do?

According to Young Living, Inner Defense provides the following benefits*:

Supports a healthy immune system

In addition, Inner Defense has been used for a variety of health issues, including canker sores, easing some of the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome, supporting healthy thyroid function, aiding the body in the fight against infections, and dealing with stress.
What Does Inner Defense Contain?

Thieves essential oil blend Inner Defense contains potent essential oils like oregano, thyme, and Thieves (which are rich in thymol , carvacrol, and eugenol) for immune support. It also provides antioxidant support.

The active ingredients of Inner Defense include the Thieves essential oil blend, which itself contains a proprietary blend of Clove, Lemon, Eucalyptus Radiata, Rosemary, and Cinnamon. Inner Defense also contains the O3 super blend of Oregano, Thyme, and Lemongrass. The carrier oil used in the soft gels is virgin coconut fruit oil.

Several of the essential oils contained in Inner Defense have a reputation for antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal effects. All the essential oils are 100% pure therapeutic grade and safe for consumption according to the recommended dosage.
How Is Inner Defense Used?

The recommended dosage is one soft gel daily in the morning, or 3 to 5 times daily when needed. Many people increase their dosage when they feel an illness coming on.
