Written In Love by Kathleen Fuller is the first book in the new Amish Letters Series. I enjoyed getting to know Phoebe and Jalon through their pen-pal letters. Jalon is not proud of is past and has worked hard to put that behind him and rededicate his Amish faith. One day he recieves a note that was included in a piece of mis-directed mail. He starts to look forward each day for a letter from Phoebe and steps out in faith asking that they meet each other.
Phoebe lives with her aunt and also looks forward each day to Jalon’s letters. When he suggests they meet, Phoebe panics. She also steps out in faith and shared some of her heart, but has not been entirely truthful about her past.
When Jalon arrives at her front porch, everything is revealed. For the both of the to move on, they put their faith into God.
I absolutely loved the book and loved how both Jalon and Phoebe’s faith starts to grow knowing God has plans for their lives.
